Community Resource Director, Full Time (Port Charlotte office): Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast is seeking an energetic professional for our Port Charlotte office. The Community Resource Director is responsible to assist in the development of community resources and relationships to position BBBS of the Sun Coast in the marketplace as the not-for-profit organization of choice. Additionally, emphasis is placed on revenue generation and volunteer recruitment while retaining the customer service and program excellence. Must be proficient working individually and in a team environment. Bachelor's degree is required. Mentor Manager, Full Time (Fort Myers Office): Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast is seeking an energetic professional for our Fort Myers office. The successful candidate will be skilled in interviewing and assessing, match oversight and case management for children ages 6-18 and adult volunteers. Leadership experience is valuable. Must be proficient working individually and in a team environment. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong communication and documentation skills – written and verbal, computer literate, valid driver’s license, car and current insurance required. Bilingual a plus.
