Operations Assistant/Bookkeeper (Venice)-
Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast is seeking a part-time
operations assistant/bookkeeper. This position is 30 hours per week with
medical benefits and paid time off. Applicants must have previous
accounting experience with working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office
Excel and Outlook. A few weekends or nights may be required during the
course of the year to assist with fundraising events. This position
will process accounts payables, receivables and monthly reconciliations as well
as assist the Vice President of Operations with the daily functions of the
agency. Some HR experience will be beneficial. A positive attitude is a

Part Time Marketing Associate (Venice) - Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast has an opening for PT Marketing Associate at their corporate Venice Florida office.
General Qualifications:This positive, outgoing individual for the Venice office must be capable of fast paced multitasking in regards to phone, office support skills, as well as working with a multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will posses strong computer skills as mentioned below and will also have good written and verbal communication skills. A knowledgeable Web base design skills and must be eager to learn, take constructive direction, work independently and manage their own time. REQUIREMENTS:• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite which includes: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook and Publisher.• Experience in, but not required using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Reader.You will be working with programs such as Picasa, Blackbaud Sphere Web host, Constant Contact and Facebook.• An accredited degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
