Mentor Manager, Part Time, Highlands/Hardee: Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast is seeking an energetic professional for our Highlands/Hardee County office. The successful candidate will be skilled in interviewing and assessing, resolution attainment and case management for Children age 6-18 and adult Volunteers. Leadership experience and program development/oversight is valuable. Must be proficient working individually and in a Team environment. Bachelor's degree required. Strong communication, documentation and programmatic tracking skills - written and verbal, computer literate, valid driver's license, car and current insurance required. Bilingual a plus. Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Recruitment, Full Time, Venice/Sarasota: Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, Inc. is hiring a VP of Corporate Partnerships and Recruitment to lead the agency in corporate cultivation and maintenance of partnerships and sponsorships. This position is responsible for volunteer recruitment within the agency for all programs, consistent with the goals of the Program Initiatives. Primary responsibilities include: (i) identifying and securing support from potential mentor rich organizations including cold calling; (ii) participating in community fairs and other speaking engagements; (iii) working closely with Community Resource Directors to respond to inquiries from potential volunteers and other events as necessary. He or she will carry a portfolio of major corporate prospects and will be responsible for overseeing the process of managing relationships with corporations and organizations, faith based and individual recruitment prospects. Leadership experience required and must be proficient working individually and in a team environment. Bachelor's degree required.
