11th Annual Columbia Restaurant Community Harvest

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast has once again been selected to participate in the 11^th Annual Columbia Restaurant Community Harvest taking place the entire month of September 2008.

During the month of September, the Columbia Restaurant will host the 11^th Annual Columbia Restaurant Community Harvest.  This program has been developed by the Gonzmart family of the Columbia Restaurant to benefit the many worthy non-profit organizations served by their six restaurants located in Tampa, Sarasota, St. Augustine, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach and Celebration.

Columbia Restaurant will donate 5% of all guests checks for lunch and dinner to the non-profit organization designated by the guests.       

Since 1998, Columbia Restaurant has donated over $820,000 back to the community through the Community Harvest.  Last year, over 90 non-profit organizations throughout Florida participated in Community Harvest.
